At Honeywell Home, we stand behind the quality of our smart home solutions and offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our online store. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Device
Carefully pack the product in its original box, ensuring all thermostats, sensors, cables, and manuals are included to prevent restocking fees.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, clearly marking the RMA number on the box.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
